DESCRIPTION


As an Associate Manager within the Digital Engagement Practice, you are pivotal in making sure the team are equipped with the tools and resources they need to delivery industry leading projects and ensure the Leadership team have accurate and timely information to make critical business decisions.

This role demands attention to detail and the ability to react to operational problems, quickly finding solutions and continuously improving processes.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing practice resources and maximising team utilisation
  • Work with Team Leads, Practice Leads, Account Managers and Project Managers ensuring correct resources are assigned
  • Work with HR to onboard new team members
  • Chase the team for submissions such as time journals
  • Ensure the team follow processes
  • Support people growth and liaising with talent acquisition teams
  • Support management with annual budgets
  • Manage weekly operations calls
  • Support pre-sales admin
  • Maintain org structure
  • Produce key reports and evolving them to meet the demands of the team and the business
  • Reviewing, analysing and tracking utilisation, revenue, P&L and other key business metrics, sending regular updates to the Leadership team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Management or Business or any equivalent
  • Minimum 4 years solid experience, out of which 1-2 years’ experience in operations management
  • Experience working within an agency or similar business is preferable
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinking
  • Experience managing and monitoring performance metrics
  • Superb verbal and written communication
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proven ability to react quickly
  • Sound business acumen; strategic skills and common sense
  • Proficiency in use of Excel and experience in Power BI is a plus
