Are you an organised and meticulous? Are you looking for a fast-paced and versatile position?

We are looking for a Office Specialist to support our fast-growing Newcastle office. This year, we aim to quadruple our headcount and need an organised and process-driven individual to provide office and admin support to our teams. This position comes with a wide-range of responsibilities and requires excellent customer service and admin skills.

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role


  • Day-to-day office administration activities including filing and forwarding messages
  • Assisting with meeting room bookings and ensure meeting rooms have all the necessary equipment and that it is in working order
  • Supporting the onboarding process for new joiners
  • Managing the access control system
  • Welcoming all visitors in a friendly, polite manner
  • Manage all service providers for the office and being their first point of contact
  • Arranging courier services as well as managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Managing office supplies (coffee, tea, water, snacks and stationary) as well as keeping the kitchen stocked
  • Assist with the implementation of CSR inititiatives
  • Help to maintain the social and company culture by supporting HR with office based events and inititiatives
  • Invoice management
  • Assisting with the implementation of local Health & Safety requirements
  • Follow and understand internal processes and procedures, work according to EPAM corporate rules, policies and working instructions
