In connection with the development of the supply chain related project for the international client of HAVI, we are looking for people open to development in supply planning.

HAVI is a global company based in the USA providing supply chain management services and planning processes for famous global brands in the food sector.

The Data Processing Specialist is responsible for:
• managing all forecast inputs and planning parameters across daily restaurant order proposal and weekly distribution center shipments/orders
• meeting established quality parameters to provide acceptable outputs to all stakeholders


  • Support the US and PL teams in their account management responsibilities
  • Manage/Monitor the daily, weekly and promotion planning cycles
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis of gathered plan output data across all departments with use of modern tools like SQL, VBA, Phyton or R
  • Monitor quality of forecasting and supply chain processes inputs
  • Plan tools configuration within dedicated application
  • Improve efficiency and quality through day-to-day activities


  • Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Process Engineering, Mathematics, Business Administration or equivalent field of study
  • Very good English oral and written communication skills (min. B2 level)
  • Advanced Microsoft Office Skills (Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Interest in learning the more technical side of supply chain planning
  • Desire to work in highly analytical environment
  • Ability to manage and prioritize different tasks
  • Manage cross-country relationships

Nice to have

  • SQL knowledge/ experience or willingness to learn (crucial on this position)
  • Experience with/ knowledge of DRP planning tools (e.g. JDA)
  • Training in a statistical software package (SAS, R, etc.)
  • Supply Chain Planning exposure/ training (inventory, manufacturing or distribution planning)
  • Training in a statistical software package (SAS, R, etc.)
