Well known Assessment team is looking for Senior People Program Specialist!

You will have opportunity to participate in such challenging and important mission as transformation of Assessment process, making it more friendly, clear and simple for EPAMers and adaptable for modern corporate needs and market conditions.

What You’ll Do

  • Close cooperation with Product/Program manager on driving the Assessment Process
  • Communication to EPAM
  • Collaborating with other teams: Competency, People, Telescope, Heroes, Feedback, Level Up
  • Participating in the Assessment portal development
  • Supporting, designing and launching of Assessment recognition programs
  • Onboarding of HR Country coordinators and continuous communication with them
  • Assessment analytics review, making conclusions, planning actions
  • Assessment Assets – keeping up-to-date (kb space + Assessment decks + trainings), process analytics, Yammer group
  • Preparing, launching, analyzing and presenting results of Surveys
  • Ongoing request support (collaboration with Business Desk and Reporting team)

What You Have

  • Fluent (B2 and higher) English and Russian
  • Advanced knowledge of people management and understanding of HR domain area
  • Ability to work effectively both in team and individually
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, emotional intelligence
  • Skills to communicate clearly and concisely
  • Time management skills and ability of self-organization
  • Ability to learn quickly, systematize, retain, and re-apply knowledge
  • Advanced user of MS Office products
