What You’ll Do
- Atlassian applications front end support (customizing Jira projects, troubleshooting Jira/Confluence issues, answering FAQs via mail or phone, migrating projects between Jira instances)
- Timely request fulfillment
- Documentation management (contributing to the team’s knowledge base)
- 8x5 support
What You Have
- English and Russian: B2 and higher
- Quick learning
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Good communication, management and investigation skills
- Attention to details
- Ability to cope with stress
- Novice or intermediate Postgres database administration, Linux and SQL skills, programming experience - will be a plus
