Responsibilities
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. • Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies
- Conducting scrum ceremonies: daily stand ups, grooming sessions, planning & retrospective
- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
- Performing requirements analysis
- Documenting and communicating the results of your efforts
- Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management
- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports
- Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff
- At least 3 years management experience as Scrum Master, Project Manager of development team
- Project management experience: project phases, risk management & tracking, status reporting
- Extensive experience with planning & estimations, high level and detailed estimations, roadmaps
- Understanding and practical experience with Scrum framework
- Deep understanding of modern Agile software development process

About the Project
Scrum master will guide the team trough the agile transformation: explaining processes and ceremonies, facilitating discussions.Team is not mature and it is in the progress of formation.
Responsibilities will also include creation of the project plan, task assignment, tracking progress, tracking and communication of the risks.
