We are looking for a motivated and energetic Talent Acquisition Trainee to join our Talent Acquisition team in the Ho Chi Minh City office.

Responsibilities

  • Play a Junior Talent Acquisition role in TA department. Assist in vacancy fulfillment, process management & implementation and assist in marketing to candidate's activity
  • Administer a predefined set of responsibilities that support the Talent Acquisition team focused on administrative, operations and project management related duties
  • Assist in arranging technical and management interviews
  • Maintain and be in charge of sourcing channels. Be familiar with all the channels/platform that TA team is using and work with each TA specialist for any issues of concern
  • Able to understand, follow and contribute into existing relationships within process stakeholders
  • Cooperate with Ops team to keep requisitions up-to-date and support interview arrangement
  • Work with global team on requests from TAs and projects
  • Cooperate with HR team and other teams to maximize the support for Vietnam and (potentially) our other offices in the APAC region
  • Collect Talent marketing information for vacancy hiring support
  • Support career and marketing events in Vietnam
  • Expected to work effectively under supervision. Receive detailed instructions on all work. Report by the completion of each step

Requirements

  • 3rd or final year student majoring in a subject such as Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology or related/equivalent subject
  • Require at least 4 days per week for delivering the support in our office in District 1, HCMC
  • Ability to searching for information via Internet or Social Media
  • Able to think outside of the box, willing to take challenges and influence change; Good communication skills coupled with interpersonal skills, as well as proactive, collaborative and optimistic attitude
  • Enthusiasm and desire to learn, able to learn technology / procedure quickly
  • Good problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good communication skills, quick learner and good team player
  • Native-level Vietnamese language ability
  • Independent (CEFR B1+) or higher level of spoken and written English

Nice to have

  • Knowledgeable in Human Resource or IT related
  • Has good sense of marketing/promotion, which can be offline or on social media
