Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of <= 5 employees to provide IT support to EPAM users in a specific geographic location
  • Build and maintain partnerships with key local stakeholders and cross-functional teams
  • Drive actions to achieve and exceed service KPIs for service delivery
  • Proactively identify issues and provide general guidance to resolve service delivery challenges
  • Monitor local IT support trends and pursue continuous improvement in service delivery
  • Manage IT projects, and deliverables for global programs affecting in-scope locations
  • Monitor spending and budget compliance for location-based IT cost objects
  • • Manage IT assets and maintain inventory at levels necessary to support business demand

Requirements

  • 2 or more years of experiencing leading teams
  • Strong sense of ownership and decision-making ability
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Comfortable communicating with individuals at all levels of the organization, including senior leadership
  • Language competency in Spanish and English (B1+)
  • Proven ability to develop, coach and motivate others
  • Experience and functional knowledge of IT Service Management and related best practices
  • Experience with budget management and building forecasts
  • Experience with asset management
  • General project management skills
  • Experience with preparation for ISO27001 audits
