Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the technical members to evaluate proposed solutions and suggest alternatives, they should be appropriate
- Work within a fast paced environment where everybody is able to work on every component
- Utilize standard software development methodologies, processes, techniques and quality planning methods in all phases of work
Requirements
- At least 10 years of working experience, at least 5 years with PEGA
- PEGA experience: developing and maintaining workflows, debugging, reporting, integration
- Excellent problem solving, troubleshooting, analytical and innovation skills
- Strong analytical skills to perform technical analysis, design and identify impacts (functional/technical), and good communication skills
- Good knowledge of SDLC. Experience with technical projects using Agile or Waterfall methodology
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English, and the desire and flexibility to work as part of a geographically diverse global team
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering / Master’s Degree
- PEGA CSA(Certified System Architect) or CSSA (ertified Senior System Architect) certification is strongly preferred
- Experience in software development for banking or financial service industry, preferably in a wealth management/private banking environment, is a plus
