DESCRIPTION


We are currently looking for a Client Partner – Life Sciences & Healthcare to join our fast-growing France team. The ideal candidate will have a thorough understanding and background in Life Sciences & Healthcare industry and act as an experienced Consultant for EPAM and our clients. The ideal candidate for this position will have a background in both Account Management and Program Management/Consulting but we are willing to be flexible with one over the other for the right candidate. The ideal base location for this role would be Paris, France.

Responsibilities

  • Bring domain expertise and thought leadership into conversations with executive clients ideally including experience in R&D IT, Manufacturing IT, Commercial IT, Insurance, Connected Health, Medical Devices and/or Healthcare operational technology
  • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with Key Accounts assigned, at C, SVP and VP levels as well as with external and internal partners
  • Generate opportunities to grow business with both existing clients and new accounts assigned, by developing new business areas, including upselling and cross-selling, in order to deliver on EPAM’s growth and performance objectives
  • Own P&L for account(s) including margin and revenue targets as well as creation and leadership of team to support these targets
  • Support pre-sales & sales activities by acting as the Life Sciences & Healthcare Lead to assess opportunities, coordinate the preparation of RFP responses, customer proposals and presentations, statements of work, and help to close/sign new deals
  • Support consulting, product design, digital transformation initiatives and project management
  • Align with other EPAM Client Partners and Account Managers and Senior Leadership to co-develop & support account plans and strategies for delivery, growth, and client satisfaction
  • Ensure that customer projects are delivered successfully and in line with EPAM process and methodologies
  • Identify and manage engagement risks, and flag and escalate major issues early
  • Make sure that the customer executes their responsibilities on the engagements
  • Participate in overall project management, time estimation, and resource scheduling
  • Oversee engagement revenue and resource forecasts

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of developing and growing key accounts and client relationships
  • Experience of leading teams that deliver end-to-end solutions and digital transformation programs/projects in areas like patient experience, applications, platforms, data sciences & analytics, AI, automation, IoT
  • Thorough understanding and background in Life Sciences & Healthcare industry, be it in Research, Development, Clinical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain or Commercial domains
  • Demonstrable experience as a consultant, and the ability/experience to have the client engage them as a billable consultant
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to the team
  • Exceptional leadership/management skills and superb oral and written communication, with excellent presentation skills
  • Strong domain & industry knowledge or experience with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management and product development
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; fluent in English and French
  • Strong problem solver and creative thinker with gravitas
  • Experienced in managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios
