The focus of this role will be driving value for strategic accounts by bringing innovative products to market taking an integrated consulting approach across Business, Product, Experience, and Technology. This role will be responsible for consulting and overseeing all product strategy, experience design, requirements and execution for large-scale digital initiatives while engaging directly with C-level clients.

What You’ll Do

  • Digital Product Strategy/Ownership:
    • Analyze and leverage market research, customer research, digital analytics, and emerging technology to guide product strategy and requirements
    • Set the product vision, define business, user, technical, and brand objectives, create business strategies to successfully achieve client business goals
    • Create and manage digital product / transformation roadmaps
  • Design Thinking SME:
    • Be a thought-leader, evangelize and drive collaborative, user-centered approaches to defining and solving problems
    • Drive innovation in design, interaction, and functionality, creating meaningful experiences that delight and inspire; Iterate to improve the customer experience at every touch-point of the customer journey
  • Client Partner:
    • Establish and cultivate effective relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners/stakeholders taking a consultative approach to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
  • Program Orchestration:
    • Shape and direct delivery approaches in partnership with Project Managers
    • Manage the relationship & strategic vision with key stakeholders and internal partners
    • Collaborate with the various internal groups to set, engage and champion customer and business objectives across the organization
    • Lead and direct multi-disciplinary teams
  • Value Creation:
    • Deliver on EPAM’s growth and performance objectives (direct and influenced revenue, profitability, billable utilization, innovation KPI’s, client satisfaction, etc.)

What You Have

  • 10+ years of experience in a related role, leading multi-disciplinary digital/product teams
  • Experience in the field of Product Management, UX, and Digital Strategy in relevant industry verticals (Financial Services, Retail Commerce, Healthcare/Life Sciences etc.)
  • Ability to analyze, present and communicate information in a manner that allows informed decision-making
  • Ability to build and maintain productive internal and external relationships and demonstrate strong listening, oral, and written communication skills
  • Experience leading global cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, changeable environment
  • Ability to make the transition from strategic thinking (conceptual and planning) to execution in order to achieve objectives and outcomes
  • Ability to drive and support new business initiatives
