We are looking for a technically hands-on Salesforce Delivery Manager with extensive experience in software development, including, but not limited to, Salesforce technologies such as Visualforce and Apex. You will be responsible for the delivery of given SF projects and manage developers, admin and Tester’s throughout the development, testing and support phases.

Our Salesforce team is international and uses Agile methodologies to deliver innovative solutions for different industry sectors, such as retail, media, healthcare, finance, information services and other.


  • Deliver B2C / B2B digital platforms aimed at improving user experience and supporting multi-channel strategy across a range of industries. These solutions leverage leading mobile technologies, e-commerce platforms (e.g. SAP Hybris, Oracle ATG) and Content Management Solutions (e.g. AEM, Sitecore) among other technologies, with Microservices architecture becoming de-facto standard
  • Play a proactive role in proposing & selecting technologies, tools & approaches
  • Use consulting & industry experience to suggest innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology to provide marketing differentiation, efficiency improvements, and better user experiences
  • Investigate complex issues of production delivery, lead root cause analyses, recommend resolutions and push through required steps necessary in order to deliver
  • Oversee delivery from financial, resourcing, development and business perspectives
  • Coordinate the preparation of customer proposals and statements of work
  • Manage high-level client expectations and relationships, looking for opportunities to up/cross-sell products and services through relationship management


  • Salesforce/ custom development using Visualforce and Apex
  • Broader programming technologies such as HTML, XML, JSON, jQuery, SOAP, AJAX, JavaScript (including modern JavaScript libraries), Adobe Flex, Java, JSP, SQL
  • Knowledge of different database platforms such as Oracle, DB2, SQL Server
  • Direct experience in software development and/or programming design and systems management
  • Technical lead experience on large, multiple release projects
  • Experience leading and providing direction to multiple developers
  • Ability to mentor team members of all levels of seniority
  • Strong team building skills and recognition of a varied set of skillsets, levels, and abilities
  • The ability to allocate tasks to the correct developers based on their skills and abilities
  • The ability to take business directives/goals and translate the relevant ones to information for developers
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business or closely related field or equivalent experience
  • Platform Developer 1 Certification is mandatory. Additional Salesforce Certification a plus
