Responsibilities

  • Analyze the job and project descriptions to source and attract the right candidates for the opportunities
  • Advertise active positions on job boards and social platforms to attract applicants
  • Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements
  • Conduct interviews, give recommendations on selecting and hiring applicants
  • Maintain all relative screening information (feedbacks, contact logs) in the database
  • Act as a single point of contact for candidates through the recruitment life cycle
  • Develop and use the network of professional contacts
  • Runs set of tasks within assigned process
  • Contributes to group work/project
  • Routinely exercises independent judgment, analyzes and presents solutions, exercising problem solving
  • Initiates and implements improvements/new tasks under senior team member supervision
  • Coordinate activities
  • Share knowledge with Jr team members
  • Provide visibility of tasks done for all process internal and external stakeholders
  • Follow and contribute into existing relationship within process stakeholders
  • Maintain relationships with key shareholders
  • Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs
  • Assist Hiring Managers with the drafting of exceptional job descriptions
  • Contribute on sourcing initiatives and develop innovative sourcing strategies
  • Managing recruiting campaigns

Requirements

  • Native Spanish & High level of written and spoken English is a must
  • 4+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience
  • Good market knowledge and network in the local market
  • Experience in full life cycle recruitment process within IT company/agency
  • Ability to multitask and work under high pressure and fast paced environment, be adaptable and flexible
  • Background in providing up to date market information and recruiting practices
  • Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering markets
  • Knowledge of recruitment focused digital and social media resources, applicant tracking systems, and creative sourcing techniques
  • Must possess exceptional drive and motivation to achieve and surpass hiring goals
  • Must have excellent follow-up skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hands-on, high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Have excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Internet and sourcing skills – there are plenty of internal and external tools that we use for finding and attracting talents, it’s important that you feel confident about finding the best candidates outside of LinkedIn and conventional job boards
