Currently we are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

EPAM is looking for an outstanding professional to help the business grow through people-related solutions. The Senior HR Business Partner will provide consultative advice, coaching, and managerial support aligned with advancing the strategy of the assigned business unit. S/he will partner with colleagues to support strategy execution, and to drive performance management, leadership development and organizational changes.


  • Develop and coordinate HR strategy for a definite unit, and in case of necessity act as a driver of changes that would bring the unit to better overall results
  • Manage and analyze talent data into a compelling story to help the business understand the various nuances of their workforce
  • Formulate critical issues discovered in people management of an organizational unit and come up with reasonable solutions
  • Act as a partner and coach to management, advising on all matters related to talent management, organizational development and leadership
  • Understand how and when to drive critical change. Provide internal consulting and services to people leaders and team members to lead and drive organizational change
  • Consult and influence management on key organizational concerns and drive company culture
  • Provide advice and counsel to people leaders and team members on all performance related issues, including special programs for high potential talent, development roadmaps and succession planning
  • Drive annual and one-time HR programs for the assigned business unit
  • Strengthen and support the company internal HR brand and internal communications within a department


  • 7+ years of HR experience with depth in Strategic HR Business Partnership
  • Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment and helping global organizations scale required
  • Strong business acumen with depth in org development
  • Able to understand issues in the context of the big picture and can develop and execute on solutions appropriate for the situation
  • Experienced in using data insights to identity opportunities and input to decision making
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Brilliant interpersonal and presentation skills, persuasiveness, and ability to professionally navigate in unfamiliar circumstances
  • Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
  • Comfortable with confrontation and difficult conversations
  • Upper-Intermediate English level is a must
  • Experience in cross-organizational and cross-functional team work with understanding of overarching goals and conflicts of interests
  • Awareness of current trends in IT industry, HR functioning and be able to come up with relevant HR solutions
  • Experience of working in a tech environment or with engineering teams
  • Ability to multitask and process large amounts of data
  • Strong capacity to gain general knowledge as well as to learn the new professional tools and techniques on the most efficient level
  • At least 1 year of IT experience
