DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an Agile Coach - Investment Banking, Financial Services, Scrum Master, Stakeholder Management; City, London; £500-£525 a day;12 month contract.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the company-wide Agile transformation and guide the organization through its Agile journey and maturity;
  • Bring consistency to the company's Agile practices and mentor staff in process changes throughout the organization;
  • Focus on understanding the core challenges that impedes work flow and will instill techniques to overcome impediments and improve overall value and delivery to our customers;
  • Work alongside a globally renowned and award-wining design, development and technology teams who are passionate about what they do and how they do it;
  • Play a key role building strong business/technology relationships, taking a hands-on approach to define and deliver embodying and driving a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems or in a related field or equivalent work experience and five years of relevant information technology work experience. Relevant technical, business, and leadership experience to include extensive experience working in software engineering;
  • Solid experience as a Scrum Master, with at least one year dedicated to one or more teams;
  • Scrum Alliance CSM and/or CSPO, and CSP certification;
  • Scaled Agile Framework SPC certification;
  • Experience leading a large-scale Agile transformation in an enterprise ecosystem;
  • Experience redefining and formalizing an enterprise SDLC;
  • Experience coaching and mentoring Development teams, Scrum Masters, and Product Managers;
  • Experience in delivering classroom education on topics such as agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, and other technical topics;
  • Expert working knowledge of Scrum in large scale, technically complex products for a large enterprise;
  • Three years of experience as a Software Developer or Product Owner/Product Manager of a software team of five - fifteen team members locally and/or globally;
  • Fluent in an innovation framework and lean UX/design thinking concepts;
  • Outstanding communication, facilitation, negotiation, and coaching skills;
  • Expert knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices;
  • Advanced knowledge of Atlassian suite of applications: Jira, confluence.
