Currently we are looking for a Procurement Specialist for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
Support the Vendor Management Unit to ensure EPAM Vendor Management are compliant within EPAM Policies and Procedures;
Work with vendors’ data, reviewing and approving new vendors and any changes to the vendor data in Vendor Master File: verification of information entered into the internal system with attached documents, vendors validity check, communications with vendors and company employees;
Make reports from the internal company`s systems, work with large volumes of information;
Prepare suppliers assessments (Risk assessments and Quality Assessment);
Participate in the establishment of new Vendor Management procedures and processes in the company;
Perform other relevant tasks as assigned by the Head of the Procurement team or Team Leader.
University (Bachelor’s) degree in Economics, Management, Finance/Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent disciplines;
Work experience in the field of Vendor management or in the International organizations is an advantage;
Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a team and as individual;
Ability to use information and communication technologies as a tool and resource;
Strong analytical skills, ability to work with large volumes of information;
Strong MS Excel user, good MS Office and ERP user, base knowledge of SAP is an advantage;
Fluent English can be an advantage, at least Intermediate (B1) level is required.
