We are looking for a team player with exceptional operational skills with an interest in building their career in people operations with a high-growth company. The opportunity allows you to work with teams across the US, Canada, and Mexico and be part of a high-energy People team. It is an entry-level position, at least 6 months of relevant administrative experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Employee Data Management:
    • Create and maintain physical employee files with all necessary documents;
    • Maintain electronic employee personnel records in EPAM-specific tools;
    • Be responsible for the enrollment and termination of employees from benefit plans;
    • Be responsible for data entry and data integrity in various third party systems.
  • Exit process:
    • Verify Dismissals in EPAM-specific tools;
    • Obtain appropriate dismissal documentation from employees.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on Benefits and Handbook sites;
  • Act as a liaison between vendors and employees for issues and questions;
  • Provide administrative support to the Department.

Requirements

  • Minimum of Bachelor's degree (or equivalent);
  • Strong English language skills to be able to support the US and Canada in addition to Mexico;
  • Expected to work effectively under supervision and develop sound understanding of the knowledge, skills and behavior required;
  • High integrity with ability to maintain confidentiality at all times;
  • Solutions mindset/critical thinking;
  • Strong written/oral communication skills;
  • Strong detail orientation;
  • Team player.

Nice to have

  • Microsoft Office experience, particularly MS Word and Excel.
