Senior Front-end Java Developer

Currently we are looking for a Senior Front-end Java Developer for our Malaga office to make the team even stronger.


  • Technology skills:
    • Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JScript, JQuery, ECMAScript 6;
    • Profound knowledge of responsive design;
    • Strong experience in AngularJS (2.0+) or ReactJS;
    • Experience with CSS preprocessors like LESS, SASS/SCSS or Stylus;
    • Core Java development skills, experience with Java 8 or 9 is a plus;
    • Experience in web frameworks: Spring MVC, Play Framework or similar;
    • Familiarity with AWS or other cloud platforms;
    • Practicality with testing tools/frameworks: Jasmine, Karma, Mocha, PHantomJS;
    • Experience with building and packaging tools: npm, WebPack3, Babel, ng cli, grunt, gulp;
    • Experience with web servers: Apache, Nginx or similar.
  • General skills:
    • Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred;
    • 5 or more years of experience in software design, development, and testing, including 3 or more years in Front-end development;
    • Strong TDD experience, understanding of the best CI/CD practices, experience with code quality and code review tools;
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
    • Ability to work independently under general direction;
    • Dedication to keeping abreast of emerging technology trend;
    • Agile and product-oriented mindset, ready to work in a start-up environment.

Nice to have

  • Reactive programming, experience with ReactiveX;
  • Knowledge of Python, Scala, Go programming languages;
  • Experience with CMS: Adobe AEM, Drupal, Magento;
  • Experience with one of reporting tools: JasperReports, DynamicReports, QlikView, etc.
