Our customer is a worldwide retail company that builds the help desk of the future. Service and support virtual assistant will interact with the employee on behalf of support department, enabling employees to self-serve themselves based on specific business rules and a knowledge chatbot has. The chat bot can automatically resolve the tickets, provision equipment, provide required information, solution, automatically escalate ticket for further approval.
Participate in requirements analysis, sprint planning, estimations, code reviews and retrospectives;
Design, develop, and release components, develop unit and integration tests, create technical documentation;
Ensure your design is following best practices and standards and your code is "clean", testable and maintainable;
Develop data model, DB migrations, participate in releases and release plan development;
Maintain and support software components, refactor often, provide bug fixes and patches;
Ensure the application meets quality and performance requirements, develop performance and load tests, analyze the results;
Be ready to pass certifications Robotic Process Automation and Intelligent Automation.
Experience with ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET WEB API;
Experience working with MS SQL Server (T-SQL);
Familiarity with object-relational mapping concepts and frameworks (EF);
Experience with Unit Testing;
Experience working with IoC/DI containers;
Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools;
Development experience in an Agile/Scrum team environment;
Knowledge of basic OOP/OOD principles and patterns: SOLID, GoF, SOA, Layered architecture etc;
Commercial experience starting from 2 years.

Experience with Angular or React;
Experience with MS Bot Framework .NET SDK;
