Currently we are looking for an eLearning Team Coordinator for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

You will lead our eLearning team responsible for the following areas: use of instructional technologies in distance learning courses, distance learning course design and delivery, creation and selection of instructional resources, preparation for distance learning course delivery, and content accessibility. The goal is to facilitate learners in acquiring knowledge, skills and competencies in an effective and appealing manner.


  • Work with stakeholders to identify training needs;
  • Set priorities and goals for the team;
  • Manage course development pipeline;
  • Set and control learning metrics;
  • Plan and control budget;
  • Engage subject-matter experts into course development.


  • Proven working experience in instructional design and with instructional technology;
  • Proven working experience in people management (team leading);
  • Excellent knowledge of learning theories and instructional design models;
  • Lesson and curriculum planning skills;
  • Basic HTML knowledge;
  • Solid knowledge of course development software and at least one Learning Management System;
  • Basic visual design skills and ability to storyboard;
  • Advanced knowledge of English (C1);
  • Excellent business communication skills: both verbal and written;
  • High responsibility and engagement into the process;
  • Ability to act independently, self-management;
  • Being a goal-oriented team player.
