Currently we are looking for a Senior Business Analyst (Fidor) to lead new direction of business, able to act as a Product Owner and Product Manager of a solution.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will kick off new direction for a leading FinTech company. We need a tech-savvy person, understanding the essentials of integrations, web services, APIs. High-level understanding of core retail banking processes is needed as well.

Capture the vision of the business area and client’s specifics. Understand the client’s business objectives and translate them to the development team;
Establish and follow requirements lifecycle processes;
Analyze business and solution requirements, specify and document them, support requirements documentation using alternative views (e.g., diagrams, prototypes, scenarios);
Plan and build communication strategy taking into consideration the project and stakeholders’ specifics;
Conduct elicitation sessions, document and confirm elicitation results;
Manage solution scope. Establish change management process where applicable;
Facilitate and/or lead the requirements prioritization process;
Manage requirements traceability and track requirements status;
Monitor requirements implementation and conduct solution acceptance;
Participate in peer reviews of business analysis deliverables;
Manage requirements related conflicts and issues up to resolution.
Upper-Intermediate level (B2) of English and higher;
Experience in Business Analysis;
User stories and Acceptance criteria writing;
Experience in BP modelling;
Firm experience with Scrum;
Collect and analyze the project's business requirements and transfer the same knowledge to the development team;
Process-oriented with sound judgment, attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through including the flexibility to perform in an ever-changing work environment;
Energetic, driven and committed to project success while working under tight time constraints and pressure;
Monitor and manage project scope and enforce change management;
Set and continuously manage customer expectations.
