Support Service Team Leader

Currently we are looking for a Support Service Team Leader for our Krakow office to make the team even stronger.

Our ideal candidate can manage information technology (IT) tasks and staff and ensure that service levels are achieved in line with contracts, customer expectations are met or exceeded. The position also involves continuous development of the support team and fostering knowledge sharing approach.


  • Develop relationships with clients to assess their technology, support, and security needs;
  • Uphold a sense of customer service and measure client satisfaction;
  • Maintain relationships with technology, software, and security vendors;
  • Manage and assess the performance of IT staff members;
  • Coordinate troubleshooting, support, and improvements;
  • Perform control over schedule/rotation to ensure the continuity of service for customers;
  • Ensure the effective and efficient knowledge management and transition.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a Related Field;
  • Experience with the organizational aspects of (IT) Service Management;
  • Practical knowledge of service operations, ITIL/COBIT certification is preferred;
  • Experience in Customer Service;
  • Good leadership skills;
  • Advanced written and verbal communication, interpersonal communication;
  • Experienced in problem solving, decision-making, critical thinking;
  • Upper-Intermediate level of both written and spoken English (B2) is a minimum.
