Currently, we have a new open position of Technical Support Engineer (2nd line support) for our Kharkiv office.

This is a permanent 2nd line support role so you will be required to be the initial point of contact for technical issues and will require a good knowledge of Windows and MacOS, MS Active Directory, MS Office.


  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers
  • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
  • Communication with clients and computer users to determine the nature of problems
  • Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults
  • Upgrading computer equipment
  • Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies


  • At least 1year experience as a Technical Support Engineer
  • Complete higher education (technical, IT)
  • Linux, Mac OS, Windows deployment and administration
  • Good knowledge of computer hardware, peripheral equipment
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Be customer-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP
  • Good written and spoken English level
