Responsibilities

  • Search vendors for different needs in the facilities;
  • Be responsible for furniture control check (condition, inventory, warranty);
  • Be responsible for security and hygiene, brigades / support during trainings;
  • Be responsible for meeting rooms maintenance (white boards condition, stationery supplies, furniture condition, etc.);
  • Assign additional furniture in case of specific requirement;
  • Be accountable for policies signature (parking lot policy, under age visitors policy, removal policy, etc.);
  • Send “Mexico visitor guide” for the visitors and update the document every 2 months;
  • Cater during the visit in office;
  • Arrange meal and dinner reservations in local restaurants for visitors;
  • Be responsible for corporative apartment;
  • Be in charge of cleaning service requirement;
  • Be accountable for inventory.

Requirements

  • Be very particular about details, well-organized and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency;
  • Strong sense of urgency and attention to details in all tasks;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
  • Self-motivated and dependable;
  • Ability to think critically when last minute changes occur;

  • Ability to act maturely and calm during high-pressure situations;
  • Not expected to have knowledge of or experience in business administration processes;
  • Able to read and understand process-related documentation; complete tasks according to the team’s rules;
  • Basic English (A1/A2).

Nice to have

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience is desirable but not essential.
