  • Research and source European IT market for new employees;
  • Be up to date with the latest sourcing techniques;
  • Target and reach passive candidates using creative methods;
  • Pre-screen and present appropriate candidates to the recruitment team;
  • Monitor and follow-up the candidates’ status, keep in touch with the applicants;
  • Work closely together with other members of the recruitment team;
  • Maintain a precise administration related to recruitment.


  • Good command of English knowledge (written and spoken);
  • Self-initiative personality;
  • Good communication and organization skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member.

Nice to have

  • Any relevant experience in Recruitment (preferably in IT field).
