Currently we are looking for an IT Researcher (Recruitment Department) for our Kharkiv office to make the team even stronger.

Today we are a team of result-oriented researchers and recruiters who help strong vision of developing business with key stakeholders. On the current stage, our team is involved not only in local hiring but also in relocation to our abroad offices.


  • Search for wide range of IT professionals (engineers, testers, developers and architects);
  • Search for talents using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, Stack Overflow, job boards, social media, internal database);
  • Create a wide Talent pool and updating CV search database;
  • Communicate with candidates on a daily basis;
  • Prescreen and present appropriate candidates to the Recruiter;
  • Work closely with other members of the recruitment team.


  • Excellent spoken and written English is a must;
  • 0,5+ years of work experience in a customer care area (sales, recruitment, HR, call center) will be a plus;
  • Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT Talent Pool will be a plus;
  • Knowledge of internet search engines, job boards, LinkedIn will be a plus;
  • Interest in new Recruiting trends and social media;
  • Highly result-oriented;
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, strong interpersonal skills;
  • Self-initiative, proactive and enthusiastic person, with sense of humor;
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly;
  • Ability to work independently and as a team member;
  • Willingness to learn and continuously improve.
