EPAM is currently seeking a Partner Marketing Manager to be part of a growing Partner & Alliances team (currently 6) which is part of the Global Marketing team. This manager will be detail-oriented and eager to think proactively and build relationships and ideas with both internal teams and external teams to help EPAM drive business revenue and brand awareness with our partners. Planning and managing event logistics and creating marketing collateral will be a large part of this role. Experience working with internal teams and external vendors/partners will be necessary for success. The ability to work independently and across multiple countries will be required. Responsibilities

  • Work as part of a team to manage marketing relations and collaborative communication streams;
  • Take ownership of managing and planning all marketing collateral, event organisation, case study creation, web content, social communication, email campaigns, etc. related to Alliance partners;
  • Work with Corporate Marketing team to ensure projects are completed by relevant departments (design, content, PR, etc.);
  • Collaborate with Competency Center heads, dedicated BD lead and Alliances team on GTM strategy content, case study creation, PR opportunities, etc. related to partners;
  • Act as lead PM for key Partner events;
  • Build relationships and have regular meetings with Tier 1 and 2 partner marketing managers;
  • Be a proactive “ideas” generator with ambition to drive Business Development and improved partner relations through marketing activities;
  • Manage projects within approved budget;
  • Negotiate competitive rates from partners and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Undergraduate Degree is a minimum;
  • At least 3-4 years’ experience working as part of a Marketing team;
  • Event planning experience;
  • Project Management experience;
  • Experience working in a technology focused company (knowledge of the market) – but not required;
  • Exceptional communication, writing and organisational skills;
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment and good at meeting deadlines;
  • Competency in completing duties in a timely and effective manner;
  • Active social apps user;
  • Eager to grow and develop as a business professional;
  • Proactive team-player attitude is a must.
