We are looking for a Maintenance & Support Team Lead for New Jersey location to support website on Java technologies.


  • Setup the product support process and lead the team of support engineers;
  • Communicate on a daily basis with the customer with respect to product support;
  • Work with bug ticket system. Set up client's expectation with respect of bug fixing;
  • Triage and investigate bug’s root cause. Analyse and coordinate fixing process.


  • Technical stack (main):
    • ReactJS, Java, SQL preferably MS SQL Transact-SQL, Spring, Apache HTTP Server, Linux.
  • Advantage:
    • Denodo (data virtualization tool);
    • Solr;
    • Linux administration;
    • Node.js;
    • Apache;
    • JBoss;
    • Jmeter;
    • JSON (Web services, REST);
    • JavaScript;
    • AD;
    • Oracle OIM, OAM;
    • Logging;
    • Log Analysis tools;
    • AppDynamics (or similar tool);
    • XML (configuration).
  • Deep knowledge of the above technologies is not required, however, it is necessary to possess knowledge of how all these technologies work to be able to troubleshoot software issues;
  • Reliable and knowledgeable about support process (e.g. ITIL);
  • Able to build and manage the process.
