We are seeking a responsible individual to support one of the most important functions at every company — Talent Acquisition. Joining our team, you will be actively cooperating with other EPAM Talent Acquisition units from 20+ different locations, including Asia, North America, and the EU. You will be involved into work with our website career page and external sourcing tools usage processes.

Cooperate with TA teams (mainly in BY, AM, KZ + Camus hiring team);
Work with Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure workflows and systems alignment;
Improve ATS Data quality: (organize trainings for TA teams);
Analyze TA Business Processes;
Consult TA and Support teams on tracking;
Investigate reporting and tracking issues;
Work with Resource Development portal (RD) to ensure effective usage of both tools - ATS and RD.

Ability to multitask and work in a high pressure and fast paced environment;
Ability to meet deadlines with no loss in quality;
Understanding of commonly used office and collaboration tools (Office, SharePoint, Google Drive, Skype);
Ability to prioritize;
Ability to act and learn fast;
Ability to work both independently and as a team player;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Experience working with systems of tracking (ATS, CRM, ERP etc) is an advantage;
Strong Excel knowledge (pivot, complex formulas) is highly desirable;
Experience working with operational reports (preparation, analysis) is nice to have;
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate level and higher).
