Currently we are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (Benefits) for our Lviv office to make the team even stronger.
Our customer is a USA corporation headquartered in New York, one of the biggest players on the market that specializes in healthcare and management consulting as well as financial advisory domain.
Provide company’s Compensation and Benefits guidance and interpretation;
Design, develop, implement and administer Compensation and Benefits programs for Lviv employees;
Develop a long-term health benefits strategy that moves from a curative to preventive approach to healthcare, focusing on improved health outcomes;
Research compensation and benefits policies and plans to ensure the organization’s offerings are up-to-date, cost effective, and competitive;
Monitor important Compensation and Benefits trends;
Present recommendations to Compensation and Benefits direction;
Design and prepare reports regarding particular area on regular basis;
Manage and resolve complex issues related to particular direction;
Collaborate with outside partners such as benefits vendors and investment brokers;
Assist employees with submitting documents for all kinds of reimbursement, ensuring successful result;
Collaborate as part of HR team in order to develop internal best practices.
