Responsible for Learning and Development program requirements, solutions development oversight, and implementation for the Americas’ (currently United States, Canada, and Mexico) working closely with key stakeholders in the business and Regional People teams;
Identify and implement new methods of learning delivery that align to best external practices in the learning domain;
Create and manage an annual budget to support operations of services based on accepted solutions;
Provide monthly reporting to key stakeholders related to progress against learning goals, development/implementation of solutions, and utilization of current programs. In addition, provide quantitative reporting related to the ability to fill requested demand, training hours per employee, satisfaction scores for training courses, etc;
Develop mechanisms to outline ROI for different programs;
Deliver professional skills and career development process training;
Form annual budget to support operations of services based on accepted solutions.
Bachelor’s degree and minimum 5 years of experience in educational management, T&D, and/or Human Resources;
At least 2 years of implementing learning solutions with ability to navigate in a matrixed organization;
Solid knowledge of the Training and Development trends and innovations, the market of training vendors and solutions with experience testing and/or implementing those solutions;
Experience working in an IT/Software/consulting organization strongly preferred;
Experience managing complex or multiple projects/areas through setting priorities, executing resources;
Experience being in charge of project team hiring/staffing & development;
Experience coaching more junior colleagues, influence team spirit and professional growth;
Ability to establish, develop and support trustful and respectful long-term relationship within all process/organization decision-makers and own team.
