Responsibilities

  • Assume responsibility for instruction, curriculum design and development of English as a Second Language (ESL) courses for non-native English speakers, with focus on the Business and Intercultural Communication;
  • Provide written and verbal communication of student progress;
  • Participate in corporate language testing process, program review;
  • Coordinate the local language training and assessment program;
  • Act as a leader for extracurricular student activities;
  • Interact professionally with all internal customers using strong interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work evenings if required;
  • Occasional travel to other US locations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in ESL, TESOL, ESOL, English or Applied Linguistics;
  • Preference will be given to candidates that have three (3) years of experience working with ESL and foreign-born adults in a workplace or educational setting and soft skills courses for non-native English speakers;
  • Experience in multimedia instruction;
