DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a QA Leader (Test Automation) for our Stuttgart office to make the team even stronger.

As an experienced Test Automation Engineer, you will be training/reviewing tests/coaching the customer's team in the area of how to write automation tests for an enterprise system, how to refactor existing tests. Assignment is for 1 year - 2 years.

Responsibilities

  • Be the primary point of contact between Business and test team;
  • Collaborate with offshore testing team;
  • Define testing strategy, plan and scope of testing for release;
  • Organize and control the testing process from business value perspective;
  • Facilitate the inter-team communication across feature teams and POs to mitigate possible risks;
  • Asses the progress and effectiveness of the testing effort;
  • Present an aggregate view of testing plans and results to the business.

Requirements

  • Past project experience in legacy code and enterprise products in order to be effective here;
  • Strong soft and technical skills;
  • Proven experience as a QA lead or relevant role;
  • Readiness and ability to prepare trainings, develop learning plan;
  • Ability to lead and guide of the mature people (experienced in the customer business QA specialists, 5-20 years of working experience);
  • Experience in communication with client;
  • Practical experience in E-commerce domain;
  • Working experience of testing in Agile methodologies;
  • Experience working with distributed team;
  • Experience working with automation testing team;
  • Experience in web, mobile and API testing;
  • Strong understanding of functional testing practices, documentation and process;
  • Problem solving and analytical thinking;
  • Upper-Intermediate or Advanced English level;
  • Other languages are nice to have.
