DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for an HR Specialist for our Lviv office to make our team even stronger.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and host events:
    • Manage all logistics questions (announcements, documents, agenda, souvenirs, coffee breaks, venue, equipment, entertainment zones, video streaming);
    • Engage and register participants; work with speakers.
  • Manage content:
    • Create event on internal web platforms, fill with right and approved content;
    • Upload photo and video, presentations’ assets;
    • Write community blog posts, digests, newsletters;
    • Share and store communications materials (photo, video, pptx) on internal web applications.
  • Gather requirements for events from community leaders and speakers;
  • Rate Research Metrics:
    • Synthesize community feedback information and analytics regularly;
    • Develop improvement plan and implement changes.
  • Manage regular recognition process of Community Leaders, Active Contributors, speakers and active participants on internal web applications.

Requirements

  • Communication skills, responsible attitude to work, active personality;
  • Willing and able to learn; flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Being able to work under time pressure, setting priorities (handle multiple tasks simultaneously), managing workload and deadlines;
  • Experience in disseminating and collecting information effectively, using a variety of sources;
  • Being good at Microsoft Office programs (including Word, Excel & Outlook);
  • Having a high standard of written and spoken English B2 and higher;
  • Ability to use office equipment;
  • Being able to operate successfully in a virtual environment;
  • Goal-oriented team player;
  • Good interpersonal and presentation skills, persuasiveness, and ability to professionally navigate in unfamiliar circumstances;
  • Willingness to work around the clock – the job involves working evenings and weekends, and responding to community members outside of work hours.
