Set up Business Analysis process from scratch;
Drive project discovery and scope baselining for multiple projects;
Work with the customer on clarifying and documenting requirements;
Drive onsite sessions to define functional/non-functional/integration requirements;
Be responsible for scope management/change management process during solution implementation;
Act as a connection point between the Customer and Delivery Team;
Collaborate with the offshore teams;
Assist in Scrum process facilitation.
5+ years of experience in business analysis;
Ability to drive requirements gathering process during project’s initiation and implementation phases;
Experience in full project life cycle in an Agile/Scrum environment;
Versatile experience, background running multiple projects with large number of stakeholders, ability to switch context between projects is important for the role;
Understanding of full lifecycle development process from requirements gathering to rollout;
Scope management and change management experience;
Excellent presentation skills;
Provide feedback to the team on the delivered product in the prospective of how it meets/does not meet the requirements;
Work with the offshore and onsite teams including developers and testers, communicating requirements with Business, Product Owner and Product Managers;
Self-organized, self-managing, take full responsibility for a subsystem or a whole project;
Able to manage own time according to the priorities;
Able to work without supervision and check his/her own work thoroughly.
