Plan, author, and test MSI installers and patches;
Manage build sequences in Jenkins;
Document the development process;
Maintain the code base in Perforce source control system;
Build desktop and server software installers by using build automation tools and manually;
Be responsible for Installer automation and continuous release development;
Take part in Installer related internal support, documentation;
Create, update, and maintain VMware OS images.
Experience in MSI packaging, InstallShield, Windows Installer, Installation Script writing, InstallScript;
Understanding of client elevation (UAC), compatibility resolutions (Windows, browsers, Firewalls);
Application and OS Conflict management experience;
Experience in Merge Modules, Windows Registry;
Good communication and English skills;
German language skills are nice to have;
Good problem solving skills;
Good time management skills.
