Provide support to customers using Cloud Platform products, solutions and APIs, including Big Data and related services;
Provide technical assistance and support as part of a global 24x7-support organization;
Work closely with engineers and product managers to improve the product and make our customers successful;
Change requests and incident ticket handling for the remaining Infrastructure Teams - Incident Management, Problem Management and Change Management;
Provide technical and developer support to customers using Cloud Platform products, solutions and APIs;
Follow notification and escalation procedures;
Follow standards for communications with business involving operational issues;
Identify and document product bugs and feature requests and work with internal support teams as well as customers to implement effective solutions;
Work closely with internal support teams to improve cloud products at a senior level.
2+ years of experience designing, building and deploying BI solutions (e.g. reporting tools);
In-depth understanding of database management systems, online analytical processing (OLAP) and ETL (Extract, transform, load) framework;
Familiarity with BI technologies (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Oracle BI);
Experience working on large projects with many data streams and deadlines;
Ability to communicate complex findings and ideas in plain language;
Strong analytical thinking with a problem-solving aptitude;
Understanding of cloud environments;
Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level (B2/C1).
Nice to have
Experience working with Google Cloud Dataprep, Google Cloud Data studio or similar;
Good understanding of Cloud Computing;
Experience in popular technologies in the machine learning/big data ecosystem;
Experience in technical support: familiarity with case prioritization, SLA compliance, and quality;
Experience using a programming language (Java, C, C++) or script languages (Python, R, Scala).
