DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Business Analysis Team Leader for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

We are seeking an analytical, process/detail-oriented Business Analyst who can partner effectively with the delivery team and EPAM stakeholders. The Business Analyst will work cross-functionally with several teams at EPAM (including FP&A, People Programs & Technology, and UX teams), with the objective of enabling EPAM managers to make effective, analytically driven, and strategic compensation decisions.

This role requires a good understanding of finance, exceptional analytical skills, bias toward action and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a product mindset, view the world through an analytical lens, be intellectually curious, learn quickly, and be able to move fast while keeping focused on high impact projects.

Responsibilities

  • Lead requirements creation process - from requirement gathering to final demos and sign-offs (functional /non-functional / integration requirements);
  • Be responsible for scope management / change management process during solution implementation;
  • Facilitate UAT process and obtain sign-off for delivered functional scope;
  • Play Mentor’s role for Junior BAs & newcomers.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis;
  • Experience in full project life cycle in Agile/Scrum environment, at least 2 fully participated and successfully delivered projects;
  • Strong understanding of a full lifecycle development process from requirements gathering to rollout;
  • Scope management and change management experience;
  • Excellent facilitation and presentation skills;
  • Experience in working with 3rd party vendors;
  • English of Upper-Intermediate level and higher (B2+);
  • Ability to work under stress and with strict timelines and changing priorities;
  • Striving for excellence and best delivery ever, thinking in terms of product development is a must.
