A Senior IT & Leadership Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and ultimately bringing diverse talent onto EPAM team.
You will be able to find and attract the right candidates for various roles within a fast-growing technology services company, build excellent relationships across all areas of the business, screen perspective employees and coordinate the entire recruitment process.
Own full life cycle recruitment including salary research, candidate preparation, offers, and closing of candidates;
Maintain necessary statistics to monitor the effectiveness of the recruitment process and TA campaigns;
Partner with Account Managers, SVPs, Business Leaders, Resource Managers and EPAM’s business units to quickly understand the needs of the organization and the profile of the ideal candidate;
Create and promote messaging that will attract the caliber of candidate that EPAM desires;
Participate in internal initiatives, e.g. employee referral program;
Be a constant contributor for areas of improvement in the recruiting process;
Assist managers and interviewers in effectively assessing and providing feedback on candidates;
Be a social voice of EPAM recruitment not only online but through events and other opportunities;
Assist in building the local EPAM brand and create channels that will bring quality, active applicants to our pool; assist with existing recruitment marketing initiatives;
Administer internal ATSs.
Strong experience in full life cycle recruiting with ideally a mixed agency and in-house / RPO background, although candidates from agencies will be considered;
Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level German;
Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level of English;
Expert in sourcing techniques and tools; experience in applying a variety of sourcing techniques (direct sourcing, recruitment advertising, web tools etc.);
Experience in leadership hiring;
Confident building relationships with senior stakeholders;
Knowledge of competing companies;
Outstanding negotiation, presentational and interpersonal skills;
Ability to adapt mentally and emotionally to the changing requirements and challenges;
Very good knowledge of LinkedIn, job boards, HR portals;
Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly;
Ability to work independently and as a team member;
Willingness to learn and continuously improve;
Historic top performer within recruiting team;
Experience in end-to-end full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to closing (both leadership hiring and engineering roles);
Experience in all administrative tasks within ATS;
Experience in reporting on and analyzing the recruitment performance;
Past experience in ownership/participation of building successful recruitment programs and processes.
