Currently we are looking for a Lead Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Team Leader for our Krakow office to make the team even stronger.
We are seeking a dedicated Lead Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Team Leader to deliver hands-on recruitment service and to run a team of experienced recruiters to support staffing for one of the business units in Krakow.
As a Talent Acquisition Lead Recruiter/ Team Lead, you will perform planning, execution and control of the staffing process for selected unit in Krakow office, contribute to hiring processes by sharing best practices and providing the highest level of sourcing, screening, and staffing. You will work closely with other TA Team Leads, Business/ Resource Managers from selected unit to help building robust, effective and scalable staffing processes. You will be expected to apply previous high volume project management skills in the area of hiring and staffing in software production/outsourcing industry. In this role, you will be a key contributor with a significant impact on team and recruitment delivery.
Work with selected unit Resource/Hiring Managers to fulfil vacancies through the different source of recruitment with a keen focus on meeting timelines, minimizing costs and improving quality of hire;
Liaise with Business / Resource Managers to ensure smooth recruitment process;
Meet defined SLAs and ensure team performance;
Meet individual and team KPIs;
Research and implement new ways of sourcing/attracting candidates;
Build positive atmosphere and collaborative culture within and between the teams;
Coach, motivate and develop the team in order to ensure the best leverage of their skills and potential;
Provide input to reporting;
Be actively engaged in local recruitment marketing & brand building initiatives;
Foresee possible risks and take steps to mitigate or prevent them.
Strong recruitment experience;
Experience in people management/leadership;
Excellent stakeholder management skills;
Experience in IT industry recruitment;
Expert in sourcing techniques and tools;
In-depth knowledge of IT market;
Excellent negotiation, presentation and communication skills;
Ability to work independently and within tight timescales and under deadline pressure;
“Can-do” attitude and proactive approach;
Fluent English both written and spoken.
