Currently we are looking for an ITM E-learning Service Manager for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.

As far as ITM Program launched E-learning format and became a global educational program few years ago, its influence on the level of managers’ knowledge and skills at the company significantly increased. Thanks to it, at the moment more than one quarter of EPAM employees are managed by graduates of ITM Program. In order to ensure providing world-class education for novice managers at EPAM globally, it’s highly important to have a highly professional specialist at the position of ITM E-learning Service Manager, whose focus of attention will be managing high-quality E-learning course.

Responsibilities

  • Tracking actuality of program content, upgrading it according to cutting-edge learning trends and requirements of stakeholders:
    • Searching for the materials at external learning resources;
    • Searching for trainers and experts inside the company;
    • Developing training content together with trainers and experts;
    • Coordinating the process of video lessons creation;
    • Organizing customized courses upon the requests of stakeholders;
    • Providing ideas for improvement and realizing them, etc.
  • Managing E-learning courses at EDX platform (university.epam.com):
    • Creating new courses;
    • Making changes in the existing ones, etc.
  • Coordinating group launches:
    • Communicating with stakeholders from all EPAM locations;
    • Creating group lists;
    • Sending announcements and reminders;
    • Conducting introductory webinars;
    • Arranging tests;
    • Managing forums;
    • Checking practical tasks;
    • Searching for experts;
    • Holding case-study meetings;
    • Reporting the results, etc.

  • Advanced level of English (C1).
