Currently we are looking for a Salesforce Tech Leader for our Minsk office to make the team even stronger.
Our customer is a US-based health & life science organization. Customer is interested in building a next generation patient recruiting platform for clinical trials, i.e. this platform will help hospitals engage and cooperate with volunteers during clinical trials of medicines.
This is a great opportunity to practice and improve your leadership skills through managing a cross-locations team, and to build processes from scratch (PM role is not planned on the project so this is a great opportunity to put on Team Leader/PC shoes). Business trips to the customer’s location are possible.
Dive into the domain and investigate the customer journey for better solution understanding;
Design the technical solution/architecture and integrate current systems for better solutioning;
Take full responsibility for development of some components;
Match business requirements to Salesforce capabilities.
Experience in Apex programing (triggers, controllers, and classes) and testing;
Salesforce coding limitations;
Experience using Salesforce data tools;
Ability to manage up to 7 developers;
Solid understanding of system architecture and system design (SFDC/CRM and Force.com);
Solid understanding of Apex Best Practices for Custom Development;
Experience integrating enterprise applications with other API;
Good understanding of SQL, SOQL & SOSL;
Experience in Salesforce.com security model and sharing rules;
