Currently we are looking for an ETL Developer for our Wroclaw office to make the team even stronger.
EPAM is seeking a qualified candidate with quick learning abilities, committed to following through and delivering high results, with a passion to learn new tools, technologies and industry trends.
Develop programming specifications. Design, code and unit test application code using SDLC (Waterfall, and Agile is a plus) best practices;
Communicate timely status, including any potential risks/issues to the appropriate teams to ensure that assignment releases are managed appropriately and that completed assignments are of the highest quality;
Participate in the application technical design process;
Complete estimates and work plans as appropriate for design, development, implementation and rollout tasks;
Create technical system documentation and ensure that this documentation remains current throughout all phases of the SDLC;
Build partnerships across the application, business and infrastructure teams.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Informatica Power Center;
Minimum 3 years of experience in ETL and Data conversion development;
Minimum 2 years of experience in Oracle and RDBMS;
Minimum 2 years of experience in PL SQL and SQL, Oracle, Flat files and XML processing using Informatica;
Proven experience in data analysis tools, such as TOAD, SQL Plus, and SQL Developer;
Basic UNIX/ LINUX knowledge to support day to day Informatica development & processing;
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Nice to have
Proven experience in ETL development using Informatica Power Center;
Proven experience in analysing, designing, and implementing technical solutions;
Proven experience in testing and debugging ETL code;
Proven experience in documenting Source-To-Target mapping, Technical Design and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
Familiarity with the Agile Framework and Software Development Lifecycle Process.
