Currently we are looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant for our Lviv office to make the team even stronger.
Conduct vacancies analysis;
Work with internal programs;
Carry out assistance work;
Re-schedule and cancelate requests;
Prepare all necessary paperwork for candidates;
Manage and conduct procedures connected with Referral Program;
Contact with candidates in order to schedule convenient term for the interview;
Book meeting rooms and necessary equipment;
Manage various administration activities in EPAM's database (updating candidates' statuses, attaching feedbacks).
Desired skills & experience:
Good written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate);
Good understanding of Microsoft office;
Understanding of the IT market specifics is a big plus;
Ability to work with targets and meet deadlines.
Good communication and analytical skills;
Proactive & goal-oriented;
