Currently we are looking for a Recent Graduate – Junior Human Resources Administrator for our Guadalajara office to make the team even stronger.


  • No previous experience is required;
  • Psychology degree, industrial relationships, administration, etc;
  • Native Spanish & High level of written and spoken English is a must;
  • Understanding of core HR & Talent acquisitions processes and their business value and interest to grow on those areas;
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written);
  • Excellent presentation skills;
  • Ability to multitask and process large amount of data;
  • Confident in using standard Office Software (Excel, Word, Power point) and curious to learn new tools;
  • Goal-oriented team player, who shows courage to speak up and challenge others even when confronted with resistance;
  • Must be very particular about details, well-organized and be able to handle multiple projects simultaneously with a sense of urgency;
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality;
  • Self-motivated and dependable;
  • Ability to think critically when last minute changes occur;
  • Ability to act maturely and calm during high-pressure situations.
