  • Train and guide the company’s HR engineering team on developing with aforementioned AWS tools, while also executing on specific deliverables;
  • Collaborate with other developers to design and develop highly reliable, scalable and robust technologies and platforms;
  • Produce architecture deliverables for select assignments including documenting project/product architecture, reference architectures and best practices for high scale systems and methods being introduced;
  • Provide highly effective written and verbal communication to stakeholders, explaining the architectural alternatives for development projects and influencing them toward strategic solutions;
  • Evangelize the architectural vision and direction among the delivery teams;
  • Coach and mentor other technical resources on the team on AWS technologies.


  • Proven ability to develop relationships and communicate with various levels across business and IT;
  • Current experience in creating reference architectures in AWS;
  • Broad understanding of AWS technologies, including tools, technical architectures, databases, system design;
  • Broad understanding of retail business processes, business applications, data flow, and requirements;
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including comprehension and verbal skills, written communication, conflict resolution, teamwork and cooperation, and relationship building;
  • Ability to manage and prioritize own workload;
  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player as well as an independent performer;
  • Strong mentoring abilities.
