Support new colleagues regarding IT cases/PC, hardware, software;
Support general users, participate in workstation standups and provide troubleshooting support;
Prepare the documents and follow up IT processes, inside the company;
Communicate with providers and network engineers;
Solve problems based on well-defined processes and checklists.
Basic knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP server configuration);
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server management (Active Directory, WSUS, 3rd party antivirus service);
Advanced knowledge level of administering Microsoft Windows based desktops (Win 8);
User-friendly attitude willing to help employees solving their daily issues with the IT infrastructure;
Good communication skills and problem solving attitude;
Strong communication skills in English and Hungarian is necessary;
Willing to learn new technologies and respond quickly to new challenges.
Nice to have
Experience in Service Now environment;
Basic knowledge of Windows Server 2008/2012;
