DESCRIPTION


Currently we are looking for a Contract Administrator for our Newtown office to make the team even stronger.

The ideal candidate will be an integral part to the day-to-day activities within our contract administration team. Working closely with our global business units and legal team, you will assist in the administration, review and completion of pre-sales documentation as well as the communication between the contracts team and the business.

Responsibilities

  • Reviewing, revising and negotiating, as needed, standard pre-sales documents (e.g., NDAS, RFP responses, etc.) and customer’s documentation such as standard SOW’s and amendments relating to the provision of IT software development and support services and consulting services;
  • Communicating is the main point of the contact within the legal team for business when requests come in for review;
  • Competent for matter tracking/reporting and clause/template library maintenance;
  • Reviewing standard services agreements, vendor agreements, matter in-take interviews with business clients and commercial legal due diligence for mergers & acquisitions;
  • Being ensure that employees understand and comply with company contracts and contract processes;
  • Providing collaborative support to the other members of the team, including liaising with business side, and handling other projects and responsibilities as assigned;
  • Staying up-to date with legislative changes and coordinate with the legal department as needed.

Requirements

  • 2-5+ years of relevant experience in a contracts department or a in-house legal team or a law firm technology practice group;
  • Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate preferred;
  • Familiarity with IT consulting/professional services/outsourcing is a plus;
  • Attention to details and an ability to spot errors and inconsistencies;
  • Excellent reading and language comprehension;
  • Practical/efficient approach to work issues;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • Strong work ethic;
  • Solid team player;
  • Foreign language fluency not required, but any fluency in German, Spanish, Chinese or Russian would be a plus.
