Currently we are looking for a Java Engineer for our Kharkiv office to make the team even stronger.

As a Java Engineer, you will live on the front lines of the products we create, and build features used by millions of people every day.

The key challenge of the project would be the mind shift of our big company without any interruptions in service delivery. It was made in short term with the help of new tools and training program. EPAM Cloud Orchestrator advances best engineering practices, provides transparent public cloud federation, and enables full lifecycle for cloud-based, continuous solution delivery, management and support. Completely API and web-based, EPAM Cloud Orchestrator integrates multiple private and public cloud infrastructure providers including VMware vCenter, HP OO and CSA, Microsoft System Center, Amazon AWS (EC2 and related services), Microsoft Windows Azure (IaaS), Citrix, and Oracle Nimbula. List all the technologies used in the project: Java MongoDB HP Operation Orchestration, VMware Ubuntu Linux Apache Tomcat RabbitMQ, jQuery.

  • 1+ year of practical experience in and good knowledge of Java and J2EE (Servlets, EJB, JMS, JSP);
  • Good understanding of development principles and paradigms;
  • Good knowledge of and practical experience in widely used frameworks (Spring, Hibernate or any other);
  • Experience in Web UI development, AJAX, SOA, JS frameworks (JQuery or any other);
  • Experience in RDBMS, NoSQL will be a plus;
  • Production experience in Agile practices will be a plus;
  • Amazon Services experience will be a plus;
  • Good spoken and written English.
