Global Mobility Specialist

Currently we are looking for a Global Mobility Specialist for our Shenzhen office to make the team even stronger.


  • Providing end-to-end coordination of relocations to/within Mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore and other emerging APAC locations;
  • Preparing documents related to work permits, residence permits, visas;
  • Providing full assistance to employees with moving, settlement, and legal status maintenance;
  • Maintaining regular reports on all progress, and all filings for reference or audit purpose;
  • Acting as a facilitator for transferees guiding them and holding regular communication aimed at making relocation process manageable, predictable and fast;
  • Monitoring the overall efficiency of collaboration between various services involved into the relocation process, disclosing gaps or areas for improvements and actively addressing them to make the process smother and faster;
  • Tracking statuses of relocation cases, reporting issues/impediments and actions/solutions on a regular basis;
  • Researching labor and immigration laws and ensuring compliance;
  • Closely cooperating and maintaining trustful relationships with Talent Acquisition, Human Resource and Resource Management groups;
  • Other tasks assigned by the management.


  • 1+ year of related work experience, preferably in immigration or HR;
  • Hands-on experience in immigration support for China-inbound relocations is a must;
  • Resilience and ability to multitask in a flexible-schedule, deadline-driven environment;
  • Willingness to display initiative and work with stakeholders to bring it to implementation;
  • Proactive approach to handling assignments and streamlining workflow;
  • Ability to negotiate and excellent problem-solving skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer service mindset;
  • Knowledge of commonly used office and collaboration tools (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook; Total Commander; Google Drive) and ability to quickly mastering all company’s systems/apps;
  • Completed university degree;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Experience in ticket booking systems and/or procurement is a plus.
